Et forsøg på at lave noget der minder om Anchor porter. 3. bryg til festivalen i Odense

5.2 kg Fawcett halcyon
300g Fawcett dark krystal
250g fawcett choc malt
100g Fawcett black choc malt
100g Fawcett pale choc malt

25g Nugget (12%) i 60 minutter
20g cascade (4%) i 15 minutter
40g centennial i 5 minutter

1 tsk nutricient
3 ml mælkesyre
6g klar urt

300g mørk muscovado

WYeast 1332

Brygget 12. september:
OG: 14.2°P

18. september:
Omstukket til 2. fermentering
SG: 1019

2. oktober:
Hældt på Cornelius og flasker. Flasker tilsat 5g sukker/liter
FG: 1013
ABV: 5.9%
Attenuation: 78%
