30g cascade (4%) i 15 minutter

1 tsk nutricient
3 ml mælkesyre
6g klar urt

300g mørk muscovado

Brygget 22. oktober. OG: 14.2°P

16 liter mæskevand og 20 liter spargevand

14. november:
Omstukket til 2. fermentering
SG: 1.015
Pu-ha, 23 dage på primær

5. december:
Hældt på cornelius og flasker. Karboneret med 5g sukker/liter
FG: 1.014
ABV: 5.8%
Attenuation: 75.9%
