4 kg Weyermann wheat malt
2.5 kg Weyermann munich II
1 kg Weyermann premium pilsner
500g Weyermann vienna malt
150g Weyermann melanoidin malt

100g hallertauer perle (3.1%) i 60 minutter
8 ml mælkesyre

17 liter spargevand (brug kun 15.5 liter næste gang)
21 liter mæskevand

Wyeast 3056 bavarian wheat (fra bryg nr. 67)

20 minutter ved 40°, 60 minutter ved 67° og 10 minutter ved 77°

Forventet OG: 1.077 (ved 75% effektivitet)
Farve: 16 EBC
Bitterhed: 25 IBU
ABV: 7.7% (ved 75% attenuation)

Brygget 5. august 2006:

OG: 17.8°P (1.073) og 26.5 liter
Effektivitet = 75%

9. august 2006:
SG: 1.036

15. september 2006:
FG: 1.019
7.1% ABV
74% attenuation
Cornelius + flasker. 7g sukker per liter
