Endnu et amerikansk bryg. Denne gang en brown ale, brygget på gærkagen fra batch 70.

3.5 kg Fawcett halcyon
1kg Weyermann münich II
500g Fawcett brown malt
300g Fawcett crystal (120)
300g Fawcett torrified wheat
150g Fawcett dark crystal (240)
150g Fawcett choc (1000 EBC)

20g centennial (10%) i 60 minutter
30g centennial (10%) i 15 minutter
50g columbus (18%) i 2 minutter

Whitelabs WLP-001

17 liter mæskevand
18.5 liter spargevand

60 minutter ved 67° og 10 minutter ved 77°

6g klar urt
8 ml mælkesyre

Forventet OG: 1.054 (ved 75% effektivitet)
Farve: xx EBC
Bitterhed: xx IBU
ABV: xx% (ved 75% attenuation)

Direkte fra primær til cornelius og flasker
