Bryg nr. 73 - wit

Bryg nr. 72 forsvandt som dug for solen på festivalen i Horsens, så her en lettere modificeret udgave.

3000g Brewferm flaked wheat
2800g Malterie du Château pilsner
200g dansk münich malt
100g hvedemel

40g Styrian goldings (4.7%) i 60 minutter
10g Styrian goldings (4.7%) i 15 minutter

8g letknuste koriander i 10 min
10g tørret, bitter appelsinskal i 10 min
3g kamille i 5 min
15 ml mælkesyre
1/2 tsk Wyeast nutricient
Wyeast 3944 belgian wit (gærkage fra bryg 72)

18 liter mæskevand
17 liter spargevand

20 minutter ved 40°, 60 minutter ved 67° og 10 minutter ved 77°

Forventet OG: 1.054 (ved 75% effektivitet)
Farve: 7 EBC
Bitterhed: 20 IBU
ABV: 5.4% (ved 75% attenuation)
