120g kaffe fra Altura (30g guatamala + 90g dolce) coldsteepes i 1.3 liter vand i stor stempelkande i et døgn og tilsættes 2. fermentering.
Kaffen bidrager med farve, så øllet bliver mørkere end ovenstående
Spargevand tilpasset så det giver 24 liter øl + 1 liter fra kaffen
